Cancellation Policy

 

 

We understand that schedules change and we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible for any appointment changes. Our team is happy to reschedule your appointment to a more suitable day and time for you. Please understand that cancelling appointments with short notice, failing to attend or arriving late, disrupts our service for other patients, affects staffing and prevents us from offering the appointment to others or emergency patients in need.
Therefore, the following cancellation policy and fees will apply:

If you fail to attend or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice (business hours):

  • 1st time – we understand situations, sickness or emergencies can happen unexpectedly and we will not charge a cancellation fee

  • 2nd and subsequent appointments – a cancellation fee of $50 ($100 for appointments 60 min and above) will be charged

For patients who repeatedly fail to attend or cancel with short notice, a booking deposit of $50 ($100 for appointments 60 min or above) will also be required to secure future appointments. This deposit will go toward your treatment cost if you attend your appointment, or it will be applied to the cancellation fee if you miss it.
